If this is a new subscription, please include a note with your e-mail address, a user name (max of 10 characters) and a password (6-10 characters). That will allow me to set up your account immediately upon receipt. Once your account is set up, you will receive an e-mail confirmation.
I can also accept credit card payments offline. I need a credit card number (Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express), the billing name and address on the card, the expiration date and the card verification number. For AMEX, it's on the front of the card, just above and to the right of the card number. For the others, it's on the back in the signature box.
You can either mail or e-mail that information to me and will process it as soon as I receive it. Please indicate which site(s) you are subscribing to and, if it's a new subscription, the account setup information described above.
